How to Return
Return by post (ZigZag Returns Portal)
Log in to the ZigZag Returns Portal with your order number and postcode, then print your prepaid UK return label. A return shipping and handling fee of £3.99 is deducted from your refund for standard, change-of-mind returns (waived if you choose store credit).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact our Customer Service team — these returns are exempt from any return shipping fee under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Is it easy to return items?
Yes. Start your return through the ZigZag Returns Portal and print your prepaid UK return label. A £3.99 return shipping and handling fee applies to standard, change-of-mind returns and is deducted from your refund; this fee is exempt for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, and is waived if you choose store credit instead of a refund.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of return inspection. Funds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, back to your original payment method unless store credit is selected.
What items are returnable?
Items purchased directly from SundayCitizen.uk within the last 30 days are eligible for return, provided they're unused, unwashed, and in a hygienically resalable condition. Faulty or damaged items are also accepted within 30 days of delivery. Final sale and outlet items, gift cards, and international orders are excluded.
What items are non-refundable?
Final sale items, outlet items, gift cards, and international orders outside the UK are not eligible for return.

- Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, for items purchased directly from SundayCitizen.uk that are unused, unwashed, and in a hygienically resalable condition.
- Exceptions: Gift cards, final sale or outlet items, and international orders outside the UK are not eligible for return. Purchases made through third-party retailers are also excluded — please contact the retailer directly.
- Initiating a Return: Start via the ZigZag Returns Portal. A prepaid UK return label will be provided; a £3.99 return shipping and handling fee is deducted from your refund for standard, change-of-mind returns (waived for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, or if you choose store credit).
- Returns Packaging: Use the original box or another suitable box for your return, and cover any old shipping labels.
- Refunds: Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of return inspection. Funds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, back to your original payment method unless store credit is selected.
- Reminder: Reminder: Returns made after the 30-day window may be refused or escalated at Sunday Citizen's discretion. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
